These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using Skix One (the “Service”) provided by Skix Inc. (“we,” “us”). Users use the Service after agreeing to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to the conditions for providing the Service and to the rights and obligations between us and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
“User” means an individual or entity that agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
“Connected services” means external services you connect to the Service (Google Drive, freee, Money Forward, Slack, email, etc.).
Article 3 (Registration and accounts)
Users shall register with true and accurate information.
Users are responsible for appropriately managing their accounts and credentials and must not let third parties use them.
Article 4 (Beta version)
The beta version currently offered is provided free of charge for evaluation and verification purposes.
The beta is under development, and we do not warrant proper operation, availability, or data integrity. We may change or discontinue the beta without notice.
Article 5 (Fees)
The beta is provided free of charge. Fees, payment methods, and other conditions for the full release will be separately determined and announced by us.
Article 6 (Service content and AI output)
The Service provides functionality whereby, based on your natural-language instructions, AI executes work across connected services and requests your approval as needed.
AI inference and generated results are not guaranteed to always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing the content of operations whose results carry significant meaning, such as sending invoices, accounting processing, and external transmissions.
Article 7 (AI memory feature)
The Service's AI writes down facts about how work gets done from your exchanges with it, and uses them in later replies. What is written down, who can see it, how to delete it, and how records are retained are as set out in the Privacy Policy and in “What the AI remembers”.
Remembered content is inferred by the AI and may contain errors, out-of-date information, or omissions. We do not warrant its accuracy or completeness. Users shall review the content and delete it as necessary.
Company-wide notes can be reviewed and deleted by administrators. Personal notes can be reviewed and deleted only by the user concerned; no other user, including administrators, can view them. Users must not deliberately cause this feature to record assessments of other users' work attitude or ability, health conditions, or other sensitive personal information.
Article 8 (Connected services and credentials)
Users connect and authorize connected services at their own responsibility. Use of connected services is subject to the terms of each provider.
Article 9 (Prohibited acts)
Users must not engage in the following acts.
・Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
・Acts that infringe the rights of us or third parties
・Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service or involve unauthorized access
・Use of the Service for fraudulent purposes
Article 10 (Intellectual property)
Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or the rightful holders. The handling of data you input and deliverables generated is governed by these Terms and the provisions on the Service.
Article 11 (Confidentiality)
We and users shall appropriately manage the other party's confidential information learned in connection with use of the Service and not disclose it to third parties.
Article 12 (Disclaimer and limitation of liability)
We do not warrant the fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service for users.
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages incurred by users in connection with use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Article 13 (Change, suspension, or termination)
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service upon prior notice, or upon subsequent notice in case of emergency.
Article 14 (Changes to these Terms)
We may revise these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on the Service.
